Kaitlyn is an actor and choreographer based in NYC. A Poughkeepsie, NY native, Kaitlyn found her first love for the stage through tap dance, studying under mentors David Rider, Aaron Tolson, Michelle Dorrance. She studied and performed with The American Tap Dance Foundation and in 2009 received their Buster Brown Award for "excellence, passion and hunger for the art of tap dance." Kaitlyn continued her training in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Emerson College.
Most recently, Kaitlyn made her Broadway debut in the ensemble of My Fair Lady at the Vivian Beaumont at Lincoln Center Theatre. Additionally this past year, Kaitlyn originated the role of Annleigh in the Off-Broadway premier of We Are The Tigers, a new musical. Kaitlyn has also been seen on the National Tours of Disney's Newsies and Irving Berlin's White Christmas, and the film version of Disney's Newsies: The Broadway Musical. Other credits include NYC venues such as The Signature Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, New York City Center, The Joyce Theatre, The Duke on 42nd Street and many regional credits including SITI Company's Cafe Variations directed by Anne Bogart.
In addition to performing, Kaitlyn is a NYC based choreographer and teacher. Most recently, Kaitlyn has choreographed at Chicago based, Little Theatre on The Square and is currently working on Star Cross'd, an immersive Romeo & Juliet show in NYC. Kaitlyn is on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and co-directed the Emerson College BFA Musical Theatre pre-college program in 2018.
